Our 2024 prices include full access and use of Butlins facilities for 4 persons.

Our lovely ABI Windermere holiday home is located just 2 mins walk to all main areas of Butlins on one of the closest areas to the main resort, it has 3 bedrooms, spacious comfortable living area with 2 freestanding sofas, coffee table, TV unit with large screen Smart TV. Patio doors open out onto decking area with bistro table and seating.

The kitchen/ dining area has quality integrated appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer and is well equipped with everything you will need for food preparation for your stay.

The rear of the caravan is occupied by the bedrooms and washroom facilities, one large double room with spacious wardrobe and vanity area the two other twin bedded rooms have more than adequate storage and all beds are fitted with luxury mattresses, 2 bedrooms have a TV fitted too.

The shower room has a large stylish shower enclosure with powerful mixer shower, modern style washbasin and WC. There is also a second WC located adjacent to the shower room.
