POPLARS 15 - ABI SUNNINGDALE
Poplars 15 is a fantastic modern and well equipped holiday home located very close to the main activities area of Butlins itself.
For those who want to be closer to the main entertainment area Poplars is great, about 2 min or so from the MAIN areas of Butlins it is within easy walking distance of everything!
The Sunningdale has a stylish, light and airy feel thanks to the spacious layout, front patio doors open out onto the fully enclosed decking area with patio furniture, being fully enclosed it is ideal for those with smaller children. back inside main living and dining area has wrap around seating with cushion backs, entertainment unit with TV and DVD player, feature electric fire to compliment the full gas central heating throughout. Dining table and chairs can be found adjacent to entrance door with kitchen area opposite. Equipped well the kitchen has a four burner gas hob, oven, microwave etc and a full height integrated fridge freezer as well as everything else you need.
The master bedroom is large and comfortable with an ensuite toilet. The two twin bedrooms have a unique layout to maximise the use of space with the beds in one room "toe to toe" and in the other at right angles to each other, it may look different but it works well, floor space in twin bedded rooms usually is very little. the Sunningdale uses that space to it's maximum, we love it!
