Sandhills 140 is June 2021 ABI Coworth, the caravan is a 3 bedroom model with one double bed, 4 singles.
Modern, bright lounge, dining and kitchen areas make this is a great place to stay at Butlins Skegness.
Lounge area has wraparound seating with upholstered dining seated area adjacent flat screen TV and WIFI router. Kitchen area has a full size gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge.
The bedrooms are comfortable and all have storage space for clothes etc, all beds are fitted with clean protectors as are pillows too. Duvets are supplied but you would need to either hire linen from us or provide your own. We do not provide towels.
There is a nice bathroom with WC and shower cubicle with sliding door and a second additional WC is located en-suite to the master bedroom
Outside the caravan you will find a large gated decking area for access to the holiday home and fab rear decking area with patio furniture for your use, plot also has it's own off road parking space next to the caravan.

A £100 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS ADDED TO HIRE COST AND IS REFUNDABLE SHOULD THE CARAVAN BE LEFT CLEAN, TIDY AND UNDAMAGED WITH A FULL INVENTORY.
