WHAT'S INCLUDED WHEN BOOKING?
When someone chooses to book directly with us a break at Butlins Skegness our price includes passes for up to 4 people in a 3 bedroom caravan and up to 6 in a 4 bedroom caravan. Additional passes can be added during the booking process (each additional guests is £50 per person per break ) and the total cost is calculated automatically as long as you select the correct number of people before confirming your booking.
WHAT ABOUT BOOKING DEPOSITS?
Deposits are charged in addition to the hire cost of the holiday home and are fully refundable IF the caravan is left clean tidy and undamaged in anyway with all items present. Deposits can take up to 14 days to refund so please take this into consideration when booking, usually they are processed within 48 hours of departure but can take longer.
Deposits for our Platinum and Gold Plus grade caravans are £100 and for our SIlver Plus we take £50.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE AMENDMENTS TO A BOOKING?
All amendments to bookings are chargeable once the initial booking is made.
The cost for a simple change to a booking up to 4 weeks prior to your arrival date is £10 and for any changes to a booking within 2 weeks of your arrival the cost rises to £25 plus cost of additional persons for example (£50).
However, if you book the correct number of persons but are unsure of all names for all guests at time of booking these details can be added free of charge up until 14 days prior to your arrival.
If you arrive on resort with additional persons not named on a booking or require an amendment on the day these are charged at £50 plus any additional costs for extra guests (£50).
Butlins will charge me a fee for changing the booking with them it is important you understand this fully prior to booking your break with us.
DO WE SUPPLY BED LINEN (SHEETS DUVET COVERS ETC)?
We supply clean duvets and pillows for your stay but the linen needed is not included in the hire cost.
All mattresses and pillows have clean protectors fitted to them.
You may hire bed linen from us at £35 supplied or £45 fitted for up to 6 persons, for 4 bedroom caravans with 8 persons we charge £45 supplied or £55 fitted,this can be added during the booking process, towels are not included in the cost of the hire and we do not hire these.
You do not have to hire bed linen from us you may of course bring your own but not using any at all is not an option, we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our beds and the bedding we supply to guests, any guests that not put linen onto the bedding will lose the bond paid as we have to launder or replace for the next guests arrival.
